About the role:
Working as a key part of the Senior Leadership Team, and reporting to the Managing Director, this newly created role will offer strategic guidance, and implement solutions in human resources, safety, and organisational development, to drive growth, ensure compliance, and embed a people first culture.
About You:
We are looking for a progressive, and inspirational leader who has experience delivering P&C initiatives, driving positive cultural change, working with Executive leaders. You will be an out of the box thinker, passionate about all things people and culture, with a proactive focus on continuous improvement.
