YOUR PURPOSE
As Marketing & Communications Specialist, you’ll bring stories to life, whether that’s through compelling submissions, polished project updates, engaging digital content, or internal communications that inspire the team.
You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to make sure every message, internal or external, reflects Leed’s values, maintains brand integrity, and delivers impact.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Developing and delivering communication strategies across corporate priorities and major projects.

Managing digital channels including the website, social media, and online publications.

Producing engaging content for staff newsletters, media releases, and capability statements.

Protecting and elevating the Leed brand voice across all touchpoints.

Supporting submissions and proposals that showcase capability and win work.

Sharing stories that highlight social procurement, community engagement, and project outcomes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-
8+ years’ experience in communications, marketing, or a similar role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, you know how to adapt tone for different audiences.

Experience managing digital platforms and content creation.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

A collaborative mindset and creative spark.
-
(Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering will be highly regarded, but not essential.)
