Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join La Vida Home’s South Australian Construction team. Reporting to the SA Construction Manager, this role is responsible for the end‑to‑end supervision of multiple residential construction sites. This is a hands‑on role for
someone who thrives in a volume‑building environment, enjoys being involved day‑to‑day and takes pride in running safe, organised and high‑quality sites.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Providing regular progress updates to Administration for progress claims

  • Uploading progress photos to the client portal

  • Reviewing and sign off subcontractor invoices

  • Ensuring all works comply with the Building Code of Australia and La Vida Homes’ safety standards

Sales Estimator

Reporting to the SA Estimating Manager, this role plays a critical part in preparing accurate costings, quotations, contracts and variations that support strong sales outcomes and smooth project delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, accuracy and working in a fast‑paced residential environment.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with suppliers and team members regarding new and current projects

  • Preparin cost analysis of different projects as requested

  • Establishing and maintain working relationships with suppliers

  • Pricing and give technical advice for variations and onsite issues

Production Estimator

Reporting to the SA Estimating Manager, this role is critical to the successful transition from sales to construction, ensuring accurate schedules, purchase orders
and bills of quantities are prepared to support efficient build delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, accuracy and working in a fast‑paced residential environment.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate BOQ’s are prepared

  • Finalising purchase orders, check drawing accuracy, and check addenda accuracy.

  • Complete scheduled margin checks and update reports to suit
