Care 24-7 is seeking a committed and capable Business Manager to join the Buderim Private Emergency Centre, located within Buderim Private Hospital. As part of the Uniting Care Health network, this site plays a vital role in supporting the Sunshine Coast community through specialist-led, fast-response emergency care.

YOUR PURPOSE
This is a hands-on operational leadership role. As Business Manager, you’ll work closely with both Care 24-7's Director of Clinical Operations and the Emergency Centre's Medical Director to ensure the emergency centre runs efficiently, meets regulatory standards, and delivers a positive experience to every patient and visitor.
You will manage a vital team across reception, billing, HR coordination, compliance and systems. With strong attention to service quality, you’ll be both strategic and operational —
comfortable stepping in wherever needed to keep things moving and supporting the broader team to deliver seamless patient care.
