You'll work with major public, Not-for-Profit, and private sector organisations across Australia.
YOUR PURPOSE
As a ZED Manager or Senior Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-value client projects. You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions, coaching consultants, and managing multiple engagements at once.
You may oversee projects such as:

Strategic planning & business case development

Service and process improvement reviews
-
Change readiness assessments
-
Revenue diversification & growth strategies
-
Digital, data & innovation initiatives
-
Organisational performance reviews
Beyond project delivery, you’ll manage strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor junior talent - helping build a high-performance consulting team.
