YOUR PURPOSE
The General Manager role is a pivotal leadership position responsible for guiding The Austin through its next phase of growth and innovation. Reporting to the CEO, this role carries full P&L accountability and will focus on driving operational efficiency, strengthening culture, and delivering sustainable business performance. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with proven experience in managing diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and shaping strategy within a high-growth healthcare or professional services environment.
