EGM Recruitment is proud to be working with Stärke AMG in the recruitment for a Business Manager - Mcmahon Fabrication for the growing operation.

YOUR PURPOSE

The Business Manager – McMahon Fabrication will lead the development and expansion of Stärke’s precision fabrication division. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing and delighting a strong client base, leading technology innovation, and building a high-performing fabrication team. The successful candidate will have deep experience in SME management, strong technical fabrication knowledge, and the ability to represent McMahon Fabrication to high-level clients, including those in the defence sector.

Growing fabrication-related opportunities internally and externally
Close collaboration with other Stärke divisions for group-wide opportunity expansion
Oversight of technology investment, installation, and implementation
Direct client relationship management, especially in defence and industrial sectors

To be successful in the position, we are looking for:

Deep technical knowledge in precision fabrication processes
Experience with modern fabrication technology (e.g., CNC Press Brakes, Cobot Welding)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to build and maintain senior client relationships
High-level commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Continuous improvement and operational excellence mindset
