YOUR PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the delivery of projects from initial enquiry through to completion. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure the sales and operations run smoothly by coordinating administrative functions, maintaining accurate records and providing project support.
Your duties will include assisting with tenders, preparing project budgets and cost estimates while organising subcontractor quotes. You will support the project team with administration such as coordinating meetings and reports as well as handling procurement tasks like purchase orders and supplier invoices. In addition, you will help prepare contracts, variations, and RFIs, while keeping accurate records of registers, insurances, licences, and compliance documents to ensure projects run smoothly and meet requirements.
