THE OPPORTUNITIES
Senior Program Manager
This role integrates governance, risk, delivery execution, benefits management, and reporting into a single capability that enables disciplined, coordinated, and results-driven transformation. By embedding governance and assurance directly into delivery, the Senior Program Manager ensures transformation initiatives are both strategically aligned and operationally effective.
Operating at senior leadership level, the Senior Program Manager works closely with the Chief Digital Information Officer, executive sponsors, and business leaders to prioritise and sequence initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver outcomes that enable digital adoption, operational excellence, and sustainable value realisation.

Program Architect
As ReturnToWorkSA embark on this Transformation Program, we’re seeking an experienced Program Architect, on a 2 year fixed-term contract, to lead solution architecture across core platforms and the ecosystem that connects them. You’ll own end-to-end solution design through governance, SDLC and produce high-quality architecture artefacts and guiding designs to drive deliverable solutions.
