At ReturnToWorkSA, their purpose is to empower and support South Australians impacted by work injury. Their services and those delivered by their claims agents are designed to provide early intervention support to workers and employers following a work injury to ensure the worker can recover and return to work as quickly as possible. ReturnToWorkSA is embarking on an exciting Salesforce digital transformation, and we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join their team.
YOUR PURPOSE
This role integrates governance, risk, delivery execution, benefits management and realisation, and reporting into a single capability that enables disciplined, coordinated, and results-driven transformation. By embedding governance and assurance directly into delivery, the Program Manager ensures transformation initiatives are both strategically aligned and operationally effective.
Operating at a senior level, the Program Manager works closely with the Digital Transformation Program Lead, executive sponsors, and business leaders to prioritise and sequence initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver outcomes that enable digital adoption, operational excellence, and sustainable value realisation. This role will also be a people leader, leading a function of experienced Project Managers and Project Analysts. As well as partnering with your own team, you’ll also be working with both internal and external vendor support, covering key areas such as Business Analysis, Change, Architecture, Development etc. This role will be on a three-year fixed term contract.
