Contract Administrator

Paynter Dixon have recently entered the South Australian market with a significant shopping centre project in the new Riverlea development. With a strong pipeline of work in South Australia, they are looking to bring on board their next Contract Administrator.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Contract Administrator will support project planning, procurement, budgeting, and cost control in line with the Paynter Dixon Integrated Management System (IMS). This role involves preparing subcontracts and small works agreements, setting up subcontractors in Procore and HammerTech, and ensuring all records, variations, and purchase orders are accurately managed in CHEOPS. You will also monitor and report on expenditure against budget.
