YOUR PURPOSE
As the new Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of National Pharmacies. This newly created position will be accountable for is central to their transformational journey, developing leadership frameworks, spearheading change initiatives, and embedding a culture of engagement and excellence.
You’ll collaborate with passionate people across the business, supporting strategic people initiatives across change management, leadership development, culture & inclusion, performance frameworks, and talent planning.
