

Business Support Coordinator
Provide admin and IT support, create branded documents, manage systems and support office operations in a dynamic, multi-tasking role.
The Business Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the Group.
A key focus of the role is the production and formatting of high-quality client documentation using Adobe InDesign, ensuring all materials are delivered to a professional standard and aligned with company branding.
The role also supports broader business functions, including document management, leasing and register administration, first-level IT support and general administrative duties (including backup Reception). It requires a high level of confidence with technology, together with the ability to troubleshoot day-to-day systems, software and user issues, and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple areas of the business.
