Moto Projects is a boutique, high-performing project management consultancy delivering complex projects across retail, industrial, commercial, aged care, university, hospitality and residential sectors.
With a tight knit team of nine, the business manages approximately 30-35 projects concurrently, typically ranging from $20m-$50m. Projects span the full lifecycle from feasibility and design development through to procurement and construction, providing genuine variety and depth of experience.
YOUR PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is suited to someone with a Quantity Surveying, Architecture or Construction background who has strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of project delivery models.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of projects from feasibility through to construction and completion

Lead stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors and authorities

Oversee procurement strategies and contract administration under Australian Standard and Design & Construct models

Contribute to early-stage feasibility assessments, cost planning and budget advice

Superintend contracts and manage builder performance where required

Prepare clear, structured reports, meeting minutes and client correspondence

Manage project financial performance, fee recovery and cost control

Support proposals, submissions and broader business development initiatives

Contribute to succession planning and capability building within the team
