YOUR PURPOSE
Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, this role will take ownership of the R&D and quality function, ensuring the highest standards of quality, new product development and customer relationships are delivered by the team. The role will provide you with opportunities to utilise your technical and people management skills whilst working alongside a passionate group of people who thrive on an entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic.
We are looking for someone who brings:

an established track record of success in food science and/or food manufacturing;

hands on day-to-day leadership of research and quality teams that deliver positive outcomes;

a commitment to providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally;

an ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure;

a high level of organisation, attention to detail and follow-up.
