YOUR PURPOSE
This is an exciting opportunity for a legally qualified professional to join Master Builders SA as a Workplace Relations Advisor. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for members seeking advice on workplace relations and employment matters, playing a key role in supporting businesses across the building and construction industry.
You’ll work closely with members, providing timely and practical advice on issues such as pay rates, contracts, terminations, and enterprise agreements. The role also offers the chance to get involved in drafting legal documents, assisting with tribunal matters, and contributing to policy and strategic projects that make a real impact.
