Senior Workplace Relations Advisor
The Senior Workplace Relations Advisor provides expert guidance on industrial relations, employment law, and workforce management to our members. This role supports leaders, project managers and HR teams to navigate complex workplace issues, maintain compliance with legislation and industrial instruments.
The advisor acts as a trusted specialist, ensuring the member organisations meets their obligations under the Fair Work Act, relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and industry specific regulatory frameworks.
Senior Policy Advisor
An opportunity has emerged for an experienced and technically skilled Senior Policy Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping policy outcomes across the building and construction Industry. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic policy development and regulatory frameworks and technical standards.
You will provide authoritative advice on planning and development legislation, and influence reforms that support a safe, sustainable, and innovative built environment.
