YOUR PURPOSE
LHG is seeking an experienced General Manager, Development to lead the planning, design and delivery of major development projects. This includes large-scale master planning, site redevelopment and new Independent Living Unit (ILU) developments. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will translate organisational strategy into high-quality, sustainable development outcomes. You will collaborate with executive leaders, operational teams, planning authorities, consultants and community stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget and to a standard that reflects LHG’s commitment to quality and innovation.
