YOUR PURPOSE

The Executive Support Officer is a key role within Lutheran Homes Group (LHG) and provides high level of administrative and executive support to one or more Executive Managers. Reporting to the Executive Support Lead, this role ensures the efficient management of executive schedules, correspondence and stakeholder interactions, contributing to the effective governance and operations at LHG. 


This position is essential in enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities, ensuring that LHG continues to deliver high-quality aged care services that support the well-being, dignity, and independence of older Australians. The Executive Support Officer will also work collaboratively across teams to enhance operational effectiveness, streamline administrative processes, and support LHG’s values-driven culture.
