YOUR PURPOSE
As an Agri-Finance Relationship Manager with Elders Finance, you will play a key role in supporting clients across the agricultural sector. You will work closely with primary producers and agribusiness owners to understand their unique financial needs - whether it's machinery and equipment loans, working capital solutions, property purchases or funding for expansion.
Using Elders’ extensive panel of lenders, you’ll compare products, negotiate on behalf of your clients, and deliver tailored finance solutions that support their immediate goals and long-term growth. Your expertise and proactive guidance will help clients make confident, strategic financial decisions.
You’ll also collaborate with the broader Elders network to drive sales initiatives, deliver training programs, and strengthen referral pathways that enhance the reach of Elders Finance nationwide. Unlike the major banks, Elders Finance is continuing to grow its footprint across Australia. Support is always close by, with many team members having firsthand experience running farms or businesses themselves, meaning they speak the same language as our clients and understand their day-to-day challenges.
