YOUR PURPOSE
Reporting to the General Manager Finance, the Finance Manager is a leadership role within the Corporate Services division, based at the head office in Eastwood. You will lead a team of seven across revenue, accounts payable, finance operations and corporate accounting, acting as a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership team.
This role requires a confident and adaptable people leader who can manage a diverse group of individuals with varying experience levels, working styles and personal circumstances. Technical capability is expected but success in this role will be defined by your ability to build trust, communicate effectively and tailor your leadership approach to different personalities.
