YOUR PURPOSE
The Senior Financial Accountant plays a key leadership role within the finance team, overseeing and mentoring assistant accountants to ensure efficient workflow, technical development, and high-performance financial reporting.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The position also plays a strategic role in financial decision-making, enhancing ERP reporting, and leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
