Senior Estimator

Diaz Homes is a boutique residential builder specialising in medium to high-end custom
homes. Renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, premium finishes and attention to
detail, Diaz Homes delivers bespoke homes tailored to each client’s vision.

YOUR PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join Diaz Home’s growing team. Reporting directly to the Company Director, this role is responsible for producing accurate, highly detailed cost estimates from concept through to construction on custom residential projects.

You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, site supervisors and trusted trade partners to ensure pricing accuracy, transparency, and successful project
outcomes.
