YOUR PURPOSE
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be at the heart of the customer experience – managing orders, providing exceptional service over the phone, resolving queries, and supporting warehouse and distribution teams. You’ll work across multiple Coopers teams playing a key role in ensuring smooth end-to-end sales operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Answering inbound customer calls and processing orders with accuracy and care

Conducting outbound calls to customers and organising order needs

Resolving customer queries and delivering timely solutions

Supporting warehouse documentation (invoices, consignment notes, delivery dockets)

Processing customer claims, pricing updates, and freight re-bookings

Collaborating with internal teams including sales, finance, and logistics
ABOUT YOU
You’re someone who thrives on structure, enjoys helping others, and brings energy to a team environment. You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and love working in a fast-paced setting where no two days are the same.
We’re looking for:

Experience in a similar customer service or inside sales role

The ability to work in a fast paced environment is paramount!

Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

High attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
