YOUR PURPOSE
The Senior Manager – Information Technology leads five key teams responsible for ICT Service Delivery, ICT Service Solutions, Digital Projects, Information Management and Governance. This leadership role plays a vital part in driving operational efficiency, ensuring business continuity and supporting strategic growth. The role demands strong team leadership and effective relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders to meet the evolving technological and governance needs of the council.
With a focus on digital transformation, the successful candidate will oversee the renewal and optimisation of technology systems, ensure cybersecurity and manage the successful delivery of digital projects aligned with strategic goals. The role is also responsible for maintaining secure and compliant records management systems and ensuring the integrity of Council’s governance frameworks, supporting transparency, accountability and stakeholder confidence in Council operations.
