The Group Remuneration & Benefits Specialist will drive the development and execution of the APAC Bridgestone Group's (Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea) total rewards strategy, whilst staying abreast of market trends and legislative changes.

 

Reporting to the HR Director, this role will be the go-to for remuneration reviews, annual budget support, bonus schemes, and key data insights.
