Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead Barkuma's strategic direction, culture and operations in alignment with the organisation's Constitution, vision and values. You will be the face of Barkuma across all sectors, strengthening partnerships and driving impact.
We are particularly seeking an authentic leader who is able to demonstrate proven success in a senior leadership role and who brings a leadership style grounded in empathy, collaboration and purpose.
