The Opportunities
Financial Analyst - Property
The Financial Analyst - Property Development, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Adelaide Airport's growth. Your financial modelling and commercial analysis will drive critical investment decisions, from new property developments to asset management initiatives. You'll assess returns, explore scenarios, and prepare board-ready recommendations that directly influence multi-million-dollar projects. Working closely with project teams, executives, and external stakeholders, you'll stay across market trends and provide insights that ensure every opportunity delivers maximum value. This is a hands-on role that combines technical rigour with strategic thinking and offers exposure to senior decision-makers while contributing to projects that will shape the airport's future.
Senior Financial Accountant
The Senior Financial Accountant plays a key role in ensuring Adelaide Airport delivers accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting. This role leads the month-end process, prepares financial statements, manages complex accounting matters and supports executive decision-making through insightful analysis. The position also partners with the internal Finance team, including the Fuel Facility and supports the annual external audit and sustainability reporting processes. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail and the ability to apply accounting standards practically.
