Finance Manager, Residential
ACH Group is seeking a purpose driven Finance Manager to step into a newly created role within their Residential portfolio to oversee the Operational Finances and deliverables for the Residential Division. This role involves leading a small team and partnering closely with the General Manager of Residential to provide essential financial guidance, variance analysis, budgeting and management reporting. The Finance Manager, Residential will offer insights and support to the Group Financial Controller and engage operational business stakeholders to drive financial performance.

Assistant Accountant
This role is responsible for supporting the Residential Finance Team and the Residential Customer Accounts Team on the Operational Finances and deliverables for the Residential Division of ACH Group. Completing reconciliations, variance analysis and PRODA management to ensure accuracy of resident records, fees, and subsidies.
