Yasmine Johnson (MAICD, MRCSA) is the Director of Operations and Recruitment Services as EGM Partners.
Yasmine joined EGM in January 2017 and arrived with over 11 years leadership and recruitment experience having earned a reputation as a market leader in Attracting, Retaining and Developing Talent in Australia.
In 2013 Yasmine was honoured to be recognised as SA's Professional Emerging Aspiring Recruitment Leader, for RCSA's PEARL Award.
Prior to EGM, Yasmine was the General Manager of Recruitment Services at Locher managing both the government and corporate recruitment teams leading 10 staff members. Locher specialised in the placement of temporary and permanent positions in Office Support, Human Resources and Accounting & Finance disciplines across the public and private sectors.
"To date, I have been responsible for negotiating supplier agreements with a range of well known companies in South Australia ensuring an ethical, fast, and customer focused approach.

Outside of work Yasmine is mother to Amaya and Siena. Yasmine is a member of the South Australia Regional Council for the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association Australia and New Zealand (RCSA) and is a strong advocate for women in leadership roles.
