Introducing Yasmine Johnson: Director of Operations and Recruitment Services

After 5 years of competing against each other Yasmine and Mark have joined forces; bringing their 20 years’ combined recruitment experience, shared values, ethics and vision to Edwin George Merchant (EGM) Partners: Executive Search and Recruitment.

Mark commented “Everyone has been asking for the last few years; not “if” but “when” we would be working together again. Its great for us and great for the industry”.

Yasmine will head up the Recruitment Services division and continue EGM’s mission in bringing a refreshing customer-centric approach to the recruitment and staffing industry.

“This means combining best in class recruitment services, skills, technology and customer experience” added Yasmine.

“We are really passionate about the industry. Recruitment done well plays a vital role in partnering with businesses and customers to achieve great things.

The industry isn't broken - it just demands higher standards which need to meet consistently for all our customers. It's less about smoke and mirrors and more about offering a quality, transparent and valued service. EGM is doing this.”

EGM Partners was set up by Mark Johnson in 2014. Since then the company has moved from strength to strength in providing high quality and customer-focused recruitment services to businesses in South Australia. Mark previously worked in recruitment in London before moving to Adelaide in 2010 and working as National Practice Leader for Talent2 until setting up EGM.

All of the team at EGM are relishing the opportunities and challenges that 2017 will provide. Yasmine’s appointment will provide further impetus in the drive to deliver high value support to clients.
