YOUR PURPOSE
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Office, this newly created P&C Manager role is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources within NDE Solutions. This includes extensive involvement in the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures, embedding the culture across multiple sites, leading the business in industrial and employee relations, future EBA negotiations, and change management.
Additionally, this position will support the P&C Coordinator and junior leaders through coaching and mentoring, manage risks, and drive the business towards achieving its growth objectives. This role will also be a key member of the strategy group which is embedded at the crucial intersection between operations and finance and will be exposed to significant commercial and governance discussions.
