YOUR PURPOSE

As a Marketing and Events Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind the planning and delivery of exceptional events and seamless marketing operations, ensuring everything from event logistics to marketing materials meets the highest standards.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of key organisational events

  • Manage the events calendar to ensure smooth scheduling and strategic alignment

  • Ensure all event materials and signage adhere to brand guidelines

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and the graphic design team to fulfil marketing requests

  • Maintain inventory of printed marketing materials and coordinate timely replenishments

  • Review and evaluate events to capture feedback and improve future execution

  • Manage all incoming marketing and signage requests to ensure timely delivery

  • Support continuous improvements across marketing systems and processes
