Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing Defence and Aerospace components. The role involves managing a team of 35 operators, technicians, and engineers, coordinating with various departments, and adhering to industry regulations to meet production targets and deliver high-quality products to clients.

 

Your key responsibilities will include production and budget management, quality assurance, team leadership, resource management and the ambition to continuously improve.
