Senior Manager - Driving Marketing and Revenue Outcomes

Your skills at generating solid revenue growth through data-driven marketing will be a key requirement for this role. The role will see you to engage with key corporate partners through to individual donors to improve organisational ROI.
Our client is looking for a leader to manage the strategic development of its fundraising strategies via mass consumer channels and direct donor engagement.
With this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for achieving set income targets by leading and managing organisational fundraising and donor engagement strategies, objectives, and activities by implementing systems that encourage increased giving at all levels. The position will require you to make independent judgment calls and take initiative.
The key focus of the role will be to:
Grow the existing fundraising strategy, while developing new strategies
Develop the customer journey and create internal support systems
Ensure growth targets are met and are sustainable
Manage a large pool of volunteers.
Your understanding of list management, data segmentation and customer experience methodologies will be critical as you will be providing direct communication and interaction with individual and large databases to ensure income targets are achieved.
The role includes development of cost-effective innovative programs which deliver sustainable income streams to enable the organisation to fund program delivery.
We are seeking an influential, engaging, highly-motivated senior marketing professional.
Experience & Knowledge:
Experience in managing large CRM databases and systems
Successful management experience, particularly with staff supervision and managing income and extensive experience in program development, monitoring, report writing and evaluation
Experience in customer experience marketing and communications.
