Fair Work Lawyers was founded by two lawyers who were fed up with the politics, hierarchy and obsession with billable hours that define much of the legal profession. So, they created a firm where great lawyers could do great work without that noise.

We’re a team of seven, with a balance of experience and a healthy amount of humour. We don’t  take ourselves too seriously, but we take the law seriously. You’ll find us working hard on  complex matters, but also happy to head to the pub and talk shop (or not). We’re outcome focused, not input-obsessed and we don’t count billable hours for the sake of it.
